Playgrounds in Mórahalom
Colorful play equipment, spacious areas, and carefree laughter – Mórahalom’s new playgrounds offer a truly enjoyable experience for children.
Over the years, Mórahalom has paid special attention to families, especially young children. During the summer period, the town expanded its offerings with new playgrounds, primarily providing recreational opportunities for children.
Modern, colorful playgrounds have been established at several locations throughout the town, offering an attractive experience not only for local families but also for visitors. The initiative was further enriched by involving residents in naming the playgrounds: anyone could suggest names for these new community spaces.
From the submitted ideas, the playground behind Aranyszöm was named Bóbita, the one on József Attila Street became Manókert (“Fairy Garden”), and the area behind the church was named Napfény Liget (“Sunshine Grove”).
The installation of name signs for the playgrounds will take place soon, making these new spaces not only enjoyable but also easily recognizable meeting points for families.
