We would like to draw the attention of our dear customers that the ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The pass entitles a maximum of 2 people to enter at the same time.
How to purchase tickets/passes:1. Click on the 'Buy' button next to the ticket description.
2. After that - if you do not want to buy more bath tickets/passes - click on the 'Cart' icon in the upper right corner of the website.
3. Fill in the missing information on the page that appears (Registration, billing information), then click on the 'Next' button. You can find our information on data management under the 'Privacy Policy' tab at the bottom of the page.
4. The system will redirect you to the Simplepay payment interface, where you must enter your bank or credit card details.
5. Click on the 'Payment' button. After that, the system will redirect you back to the website.
6. After purchasing, you will receive an email to the email address you provided, which contains the ticket and its description, as well as the invoice for the purchase.
7. In the next email, you will receive the QR code for the purchased package. You can use the QR code received to redeem your ticket/pass at the Szent Erzsébet Mórahalmi Thermal Spa.
The QR code can also be found as an attachment in the email, so you can download it to your phone or even print it out. This way, you will always have it at hand, no matter when you use the services within the validity period.
