On our website, guests can find information about accommodation options, local programs, tours, transportation options, and attractions in the region.
Here, we also post health and safety information, such as medical on-call service information, and services available during heat alerts.
For us, guest satisfaction comes first! We regularly measure the success of our services through community and guest satisfaction surveys – especially regarding our sustainability efforts. Our surveys pay special attention to eco-friendly solutions, such as the electric sightseeing bus and our sustainable attractions.
Based on the feedback shared by our guests, the town of Mórahalom has developed a comprehensive action plan.
We are proud of our sustainability initiatives:
- Eco-conscious excursions and volunteer litter clean-ups
- Prioritizing local products at our events
- “Swap & Share” flea markets for our staff, in order to give used items a new life
- Offering Buba bus excursions free of charge for community purposes
