As a touristic organization, we can boast about having many visitors. Lots of people come and see us at our office and our events, so it is not a question for us that the safety of both our visitors and our employees is of utmost importance, and

With us, safety and care are the foundation of everything we do, whether it’s office work, events, or tours.
As a tourism organization, we have many visitors, and countless people pass through our office and events. Therefore, the safety of both our visitors and our employees is of utmost importance to us, and also their being properly informed.

Our employees participate in regular occupational safety training, and in 2024 our workplace risk assessment was completed. All our sites – including our central office – have valid electrical safety (touch protection) documentation. Our office is also properly equipped in terms of fire safety. If an employee shows signs of illness, they have the option to work from home. To prevent infections, we carry out regular hygiene cleaning and provide hand sanitizers throughout the office. We also keep records of all cleaning products used.

We plan all our programs thoroughly, paying attention to the safety of our guests as well. We bring a first-aid kit to all our cycling and walking tours and events.

Our central office is located in the heart of the city, equipped with a security alarm system, and open to visitors during working hours. Near our office, there is a large bicycle storage area monitored by cameras, which we also recommend for our guests to use
