3.Good Employment
Our organization is committed to respecting employee rights and providing a supportive, inclusive work environment.
We respect the labor rights of our employees and offer them a safe and welcoming workplace. We do not practice any form of discrimination.
If any issue arises, colleagues can directly contact the managing director or their department head, who handle all questions and problems confidentially and with a constructive attitude.
Our employees receive a salary appropriate to their position and working hours, which we review at the beginning of each year.
In addition to wages, we provide cafeteria benefits based on our cafeteria policy, support our employees’ commute to work, and offer discounted spa passes to the Saint Elizabeth Thermal Bath in Mórahalom.
Local residents have equal employment opportunities with us; more than 50% of our employees live in Mórahalom, while the rest commute from neighboring settlements such as Zákányszék, Ásotthalom, and Szeged.
There is no discrimination in employment or salary based on gender, religion, or nationality – our managing director is a woman, and also our central office is staffed entirely with women.
We have repeatedly provided employment opportunities for disadvantaged individuals in recent years, often with the help of grant programs. We also employ people with reduced work capacity in various departments.
